They calsl this stuff Flat Pack furniture, and it is exactly what you would think: furniture that comes as flat pieces. When I first heard of it, I wondered if it was all that different from RTA furniture. Well, it actually is. This is very contemporary looking stuff that furniture shoppers would be able to haul in most any vehicle (depending on sheet size of course). With some minor digging into it, I found that not all of it is furniture you can buy. Many of the pieces on the site linked here are concept pieces or prototypes. STill, as cool as this furniture looks, I would expect it to be available to furniture shoppers not too far down the road. Anyway, once I saw these pieces I knew I had to share.
